Owner and founder of Elite Event Planning, Chantel has spent the last 10 years turning dream weddings into reality, but her love for the industry started long before. Growing up in a family-owned floral and bartending business, weddings have always been part of her life. From an early age, she learned the ins and outs of events firsthand, and it's that experience, passion, and attention to detail that have shaped EEP into what it is today.
For Chantel, wedding planning is about so much more than logistics. She loves getting to know each couple, hearing their story, meeting their families, and watching their vision come to life. Her favorite part of every wedding is seeing the excitement on a bride's face before she walks down the aisle, calming those last-minute nerves, and watching every carefully planned moment unfold.
When she's not planning weddings, she's spending time with her husband and son, shopping, relaxing on the beach, or planning just about anything! From birthdays to showers, if it involves organizing and celebrating, she's all in. Fun fact: she's bilingual (English & Spanish), and you can almost always find her with a decaf Starbucks in hand.

Mallorie Howe
lead/assistant planner
Mallorie has been part of the EEP team for 5 years, and her love for weddings began while planning her sister's big day. She quickly discovered a passion for the behind-the-scenes magic and loves helping couples bring their vision to life with confidence, care, and plenty of excitement.
Her favorite wedding day moment? Those quiet seconds before the ceremony begins. The anticipation, the emotion, and the excitement in the room never get old—and watching the doors open is pure magic every single time.
When she's not coordinating weddings, Mallorie is usually planning her next National Park adventure, teaching dance classes, reading a good book, playing board games, or spending time with her five rescue cats. Fun fact: she has a pink hip replacement named Shakira!

Skylar joined the EEP team in early 2026 after studying Professional Event Management at Texas A&M, where she discovered her passion for turning thoughtful details into unforgettable celebrations.
Her favorite wedding day moment? Opening the ceremony doors and watching the bride walk down the aisle. It gets her emotional every single time.
Skylar believes the smallest details make the biggest impact—a lesson she proudly credits to her Army dad's favorite saying: "Attention to detail." Her goal is to make sure every couple can be fully present, knowing every detail has been thoughtfully handled.
When she's not planning weddings, you'll find her at Pilates, shopping, spending time with family and friends, or planning her own wedding! Fun fact: she's a proud bunny mom to two adorable bunnies.

Regan joined the EEP team in 2022 after getting a behind-the-scenes look at weddings while managing social media for a wedding DJ. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations.
Her favorite wedding day moment? Those quiet seconds before the bride walks down the aisle. The anticipation, the happy tears, and the excitement never get old.
Outside of weddings, Regan loves hosting friends and family, trying new coffee shops, traveling with her husband, and finding creative ways to make everyday moments feel special.
A few fun facts: She's a proud Swiftie, a Chick-fil-A enthusiast, and she planned her own Las Vegas wedding; so she knows exactly what it's feels like to be both the planner and the bride.

Her favorite part of the wedding day? Watching the newlyweds share their first dance and the heartfelt parent dances, those unforgettable moments always remind her why she loves what she does.
When she's not at a wedding, you'll find Sara dancing, painting, floating the river, or spending time outdoors. Fun fact: she's a professional dancer for an NBA team in San Antonio, so she knows a thing or two about performing under pressure!

After majoring in Event Management at UTSA and planning her own wedding, she discovered firsthand how meaningful the planning journey can be and knew she wanted to help other couples begin their own happily ever after.
Her favorite wedding day moment? The couple's private last dance before the sendoff. Watching them soak in the final moments of such an unforgettable day is a memory she'll never get tired of witnessing.
When she's not planning weddings, you'll find Rosalan exploring San Antonio with her husband, Chris, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a movie night while discovering a new TV series.

Her favorite wedding day moments? Watching the ceremony unfold and seeing the newlyweds soak in those first moments together during portraits. There's nothing better than seeing the joy on the couple's faces; and the reactions from everyone who loves them.
When she's off the clock, you'll find Ashley trying new restaurants and wineries with friends, working out, or relaxing at home with her dog and a good Netflix documentary or murder mystery. She's also proudly in her wine era.
